I seem to have a feeling of vibration in my lower esophagus, which I believe could be an esophageal sphincter spasm. I have a history of GERD and reflux, but there is no pain, just occasional quiver or vibration. I had an endoscopy 45 days ago that showed normal results except for some gastritis. What could be causing this sensation, and should I be concerned?

I just got my vaginal swab result: WBC cell(1-3hpf), epith cells(++), RBC(0-2/hpf), bacterial cell(++), yeast(++), T. vaginalis(++). I have been experiencing vaginal dryness during intercourse. Can you explain this and is it anything to worry about?

I have a relatively big spot without a whitehead on my upper cheek. How can I treat this? I tried to squeeze it but nothing popped out and the elevation got worse.

If I have used steroid cream 10 months ago and use it now for a week, can it cause any harm to the skin? Additionally, I have been applying an over-the-counter hydro 1% ointment for 3 days to treat a skin condition on my penis, which my doctor suggested might help. Can I share photos to determine if it has caused any harm and if it's improving? I also experience a burn sensation when the area is warm.
