I have been experiencing continuous painful muscle spasms in my vagina since yesterday afternoon. I am 20 years old, have never had a pap test or pelvic exam, and have not had any weird discharge. I started feeling a sore throat, headache, and overall body aches on Monday, along with nausea. The flu test was negative, but I was prescribed Tamiflu, which made me very nauseous. I feel better during the day but have trouble sleeping at night due to congestion. My mucus was initially bright green but is now duller green/whiteish. I can't afford another copay and want to know if my symptoms sound more like the flu or a sinus infection.
