I got a conch piercing back in March and have been cleaning it daily, but I've developed what I think is called a “piercing pimple” or “piercing bump”. It pops and bleeds when I clean it, and this is the third time it has happened. What should I do, and should I be concerned?

I am hypersensitive to certain drugs, including NSAIDs, higher doses of Tylenol, and antihistamines, and have had allergic reactions to them. I am concerned about potentially going into anaphylactic shock and am unsure how it would be treated given my allergies to these medications. Is epinephrine enough for treatment, and should I carry an EpiPen?

My wife had an emergency C-section and received an epidural. After returning to the room, she has a droopy eye. The anesthesiologist says it's not from the medicine. Will this go away, and is it related to the epidural? Additionally, she still has some numbness and lightheadedness when standing up. Is this normal, and how long should it take for these symptoms to resolve?

I have a perianal abscess and hemorrhoids. The doctor prescribed amoxicillin and sitz baths. After taking the medication and having a sitz bath, I noticed blood when wiping. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

My 16-year-old daughter is experiencing sharp, in-and-out chest pains towards the heart area, which have gradually increased in severity throughout the day. The pain is more pronounced during physical activity and when she is in a crunched-up position, but it does not change significantly with eating or specific positions. She also reports slight wheezing, palpitations, and dizziness. What could be causing this pain and what steps should be taken?
