I have had Molluscum since March 26, primarily in my groin region. I started treatment in early May and my dermatologist has been cutting them with a curette almost every week. I still get one new lesion every two weeks in the same groin area. Initially, I had Molluscums on different parts of my body, but now the new ones are only in the initial infected area. Does this sound like it's going away or typical of the disease?

I've been experiencing chest sensations, heartburn, and a weird feeling on the left side of my chest next to my armpit, which has been going on for two days. Additionally, I feel a tight or strained sensation in the left side of my neck (carotid artery) when I open my mouth wide, move my jaw, or turn my head. I'm worried about my arteries and whether these symptoms could be serious.

I had an MRI that showed mild microvascular white matter disease and slightly prominent ventricular size for my age. I have multiple myeloma and have been on chemotherapy since June 6, 2016. Could these treatments have caused these MRI findings, and what could be the reasons for the ventricular size?

I have a large sore on my elbow vein that keeps breaking open and bleeding despite using triple antibiotic ointment and bandaids. It looks infected, and I have chronic illnesses including severe gastroparesis and dysmotility of the intestinal tract. My blood pressure is 127/90, heart rate is 114, and oxygen level is 98%. I have an appointment on Monday morning. Should I be concerned, and is there anything else I should do?
