I stepped awkwardly into an unseen hole and semi-rolled my ankle, feeling pain on the top middle outside of my foot. The pain is a constant 3 out of 10 and is dull unless I step wrong, then it becomes sharp. There is no external injury, but there is swelling just below the ankle on the outside of the foot. Should I see an orthopedic doctor?

I just received the AstraZeneca vaccine on Tuesday. My arm feels swollen and sore, not at the injection site, but on my forearm. I just noticed it this morning. The affected area is sore to touch. I am diabetic and have asthma. Has the pain and soreness been increasing? Do you have any redness and swelling in the area? Do you have fever?
