I stepped barefoot onto a small piece of burning charcoal, resulting in a blister on the outside side of my left sole. I've treated it with cold water, ice, and a large band aid. The blister is about half an inch by three quarters of an inch and doesn't hurt unless I put weight on it. I'm wondering if I need to see a doctor, what else I should do, and how long I should expect to be unable to wear shoes.

I am 29 years old, weigh 100 kg, and am 174 cm tall. I often notice my resting heart rate to be in the 50s to 60s. My blood test shows potassium and calcium levels at the upper limit of normal. My blood pressure is normal. I am concerned if this is due to high potassium levels or if it is normal. Can fatigue from stress and lack of sleep cause a low resting heart rate?

We are planning to climb the Kazbek mountain in Georgia, which is over 16,000 feet high, and I am concerned about altitude sickness. Are there any proactive measures we can take to decrease the chance of getting sick?

I sometimes experience jerks in my body, which I believe are myoclonic jerks. They typically happen at night and more frequently when I smoke marijuana. What are the potential causes of myoclonic jerks and what can I do to manage or prevent them?

I have to wait 6 months to see a hematologist due to my medical condition of low platelets (74k), high liver count (164), and a crisscross pattern on the liver. My family doctor has made an appointment for me in September. I am currently taking pain pills for my knees and undergoing monthly blood tests. What can I do to improve my condition while waiting to see the hematologist?

What can I take to cure myself of whooping cough? I've been dealing with the cough for 6 weeks to 2 months, with mucus usually early in the morning. I had whooping cough as a child.
