I stood up too quickly and now I have a sharp pain over my left chest when I take a deep breath. It only hurts when I take in breaths. I also have a fused spine (T6-L2) due to kyphosis and chronic fatigue syndrome. Could this be a pulmonary embolism (P.E.)?

I am a 35-year-old female with a medical history including gastric nodules removal, a 13 cm spleen on CT, Hashimoto's disease, and 2 swollen lymph nodes on my neck. I am experiencing sharp and shooting pain on my left side, sometimes under the scapula and sometimes towards the front, which started recently. The pain is intermittent and sometimes feels like an ache. I also have gallstones, but the pain is on the left side. I am worried if this could be related to a serious condition like cardiac issues. My heart rate is 61. Should I be concerned about this pain, and if it worsens with inspiration or expiration, should I be alarmed?

I'm concerned about my penis size and performance. I'm 28 years old, 6.1 feet tall, with an erect penis size of about 5 inches and a flaccid size of about 3 inches. I sometimes experience morning erections and am sexually active without performance issues, but I feel my penis is small.
