Since taking a dietary cleanse of 80 oz parsley tea about 10 days ago, I have had very watery diarrhea and much stomach gurgling. It has intensified the past 3 days to upper abdominal pains. I have been on a fairly strict diet the past 5 months, reducing weight from 285 to 245 lbs. My diet is legitimate with protein, raw and cooked vegetables, salads, very little carbs and starches. I wander from it at times, as with the cheese curds and catfish 2 days ago which seemed to intensify the abdominal pains/cramps. I am very clean, washing regularly, and also eat a good amount of eggs and chicken in my diet. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
