I suffer from BPD and panic disorder, and for the past 6 months, I have constant muscle tightness in my chest that radiates down to my arms, making it hard for me to do daily activities even though I take my medication daily. Additionally, my breasts are cramping and very tender. I'm a 31-year-old female, 230 lbs, and nothing helps the tightness. I've also been experiencing neuropathy pain in my arms and legs that lasted two weeks. I've had EKGs and X-rays, which were normal, but I'm still concerned. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests should I request from my doctor?
