I take a medication called Trintellix. I stopped taking it for about 4 days because I forgot and felt horrible. I started it up again and I feel how I felt when the medicine originally took effect. But I don't want that feeling to fade because I got used to it. I'm currently taking 20 mg daily and my question is, would there be a benefit in increasing it by 10 mg?

I need to eat at specific times (10am, 11am, 3pm, 4pm) or I risk passing out. This has been a concern for about a year. I am currently using Dilantin for seizures and am about 20lbs overweight. What dietary changes can help manage this issue?

I have subclinical hypothyroid diagnosed at age 10. I'm 25 now and my TSH is between 3-5, with normal fT3, fT4, and Total T4, and no antibodies. Do I need medication? What complications does this cause? I've noticed my heart rate when sitting goes to 55-58 at times, I have always had thin hair and been a little on the heavier side since childhood. I'm not sure if this is related to being hypo or simply my anemia or genetics. I'm unsure whether it's worth starting medication.

I just got a period exactly one year to the day from the last one. Does that mean I’m not in menopause?

I had ingrown toenail surgery and want to know when I can return to normal activities, especially since my job requires me to be on my feet all day.
