My friend and I believe she got food poisoning after eating at a restaurant last night. She has been throwing up three times and may have a fever, diarrhea, and chills. What would you recommend?

I’ve found that not looking at my stool after my severe GI issues from Covid has released every bit of my anxiety I had. However, I had a stool yesterday that I looked at because I felt it was the first good movement I had in a month. It was a bit lighter colored, came off on paper light yellow. How do you medically define an acholic stool? If I was having these stools would I have other symptoms? I otherwise feel fine. 38m

What could be causing her symptoms and what further tests or treatments should be considered?
