I tested positive for COVID-19 three weeks ago and still have symptoms. I am 71 years old with heart problems, including five heart stents, and recently had a hip replacement. I have been vaccinated and received one booster shot. My symptoms include shortness of breath, cough, headache, achiness, fatigue, no appetite, chills, sore throat, pressure in the chest, diarrhea, and high blood pressure. I am taking Mucinex and Motrin. What should I do to manage my symptoms and when should I seek further medical attention?

I have a device on my phone that does a 6-lead ECG. Can you tell me if everything looks normal on the following 6 images I have attached? I also had a shooting pain in one of my teeth on the left side of my jaw for a few seconds and was concerned it might be related to heart issues. Additionally, I'm curious if a 6-lead ECG is good enough to detect heart attacks, angina, and Brugada syndrome, and if exercise could trigger Brugada syndrome.

I have been experiencing intermittent diarrhea for 3 weeks with consistent lower abdominal cramping, sometimes explosive with a drop of blood at the end. I am 65 years old, taking Immodium, GasX, sertraline, Amlodipine, clonidine, alprazolam, Ibuprofen, and Acetaminophen. I have a history of cholecystectomy. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I want to take horse chestnut, but I found a tincture instead of the pill form recommended by my naturopath. How much of the tincture should I take to match the dosage of the pills she suggested, and is it okay to use a tincture with different ingredients?

I tested positive for Covid and have been prescribed Paxlovid. I am hesitant about taking it due to potential side effects. I am 70 years old, have a high BMI, and am currently taking Glipizide. My symptoms are mild, mostly a cough, and I have not been vaccinated. What are your opinions on taking Paxlovid in my situation?
