I tested positive for COVID-19 with a home test. I have intermittent dry cough, nasal congestion, fatigue, and low appetite with carb cravings. I am 62 years old and on various medications including antibiotics, methylene blue, hydrochloroquine, bioid, hormone replacement cream, thyroid replacement, colloidal glutathione, immune boosting mushrooms supplement, zinc, magnesium, vitamins C, D, Bs, fish oil, and a multi-vitamin. I also have a history of irritable bowel and Lyme disease with associated occasional palpitations. I have been using nasal rinses with food grade hydrogen peroxide and increased vitamin C powder. What additional treatments or precautions should I consider?

My brother has been taking clozapine for six years with excellent results, but now he is in a crisis and hearing voices again. He was previously on Zyprexa and Seroquel, which didn't work. We are considering increasing his clozapine dosage and adding sulpiride. How long will it take to see results, and what else can be done to help him?

I have a really hot face and red, with the rest of my body normal. I'm a 31-year-old female, had it for about an hour and a half, and it feels hot to touch. I haven't seen a doctor and no tests have been done, but previous blood tests were good. What could be causing this and how long can it last?

I have two red bumps on my back that are hard, look like pimples, and don't hurt. They have been there for over a year and are not changing. I am a 33-year-old female with no regular skin care routine. What are these bumps and should I be concerned?

I was recently hospitalized for diverticulitis and was not given any clear information about my condition or test results. My symptoms included painful spasms/contractions in my abdomen, blood and clots in stool, nausea, vomiting, and weakness. I was discharged without proper advice and am unsure of my next steps. Should I go to another hospital or consult a specialist?

I am a 36-year-old female experiencing pins and needles sensations in my feet and occasional eye twitching, which have triggered extreme health anxiety. I recently switched from a desk job to a bartender job, which involves being on my feet for 8+ hours. I have a history of hormonal migraines and have not seen a doctor for these new symptoms yet. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to manage them?
