I think I forgot to take my venlafaxine and valsartan this morning as I usually do. Would it be safe to take my normal dose now even if I did take it this morning and don't remember? Two sick kids at home make for a tired mom! Thank you!

I have had a tingling sensation on the head of my penis for 4 days. This occurred 4 weeks ago for about 4-5 days then went away only to come back. No rash or sores, no discharge. I took antibiotics a month ago and it went away. I have not seen a doctor about the tingling. The antibiotics were just in case it was an STD but I have not had the symptoms of an STD. I also have a vasectomy. How old are you? Do you have any burning while peeing? Any past history of STDs? Do you use soaps or shower gel more often down there? Any change in your underwear material? I do use soaps down there but it has never caused this sensation before. I did masturbate with spit several days ago but I have done that before and have never felt this sensation following. I feel the sensation is greater when I have to urinate or defecate. Also, my meatus or tip of penis looks the same as before. Wouldn’t the antibiotics I took have resolved a UTI? Wouldn’t I have had a discharge or an inability to hold my urine during sleep if this were the case?

I have herpes simplex on my lip and it's producing a white yellowish mucous. I'm using coconut oil or Aquaphor to keep it moist, and I gently clean off the mucous with a q-tip. Is it okay to keep my lips moist and clean the mucous off?

I have had a dull ache in the top to mid-range left side of my abdomen for three days. It seems fine during the day but awakens me at night. There is no shooting or sharp pain, no vomiting, dizziness, or pain radiating to my back. I experience some abdominal bloating and take Synthyroid. Should I be concerned about any other symptoms that might indicate a more serious condition before scheduling an appointment with my doctor?
