I am 54 years old and have been using herbal remedies like vitamin C, echinacea, lemon, and honey. I have a medical history of spots on my lungs being monitored since a right helecolectomy in 2018. I am a 53-year-old male in good health, except for occasional anxiety. I sometimes see red objects in my bowel movements that look like undigested food, such as onions or pepperoni. I have had two colonoscopies in the past four years, both showing small, non-cancerous polyps, and I regularly see a proctologist for hemorrhoids. I have attached a photo of a recent bowel movement with a red object. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?
