I think I have an eye infection. My eye is swollen, there are white bumps on my eyelid, and it hurts to blink. I am 27 years old and currently taking Dexadrine, Bupropion, and Pantoprazole. I also get cold sores. What could be causing this and what should I do?

What could be causing these symptoms and what further testing or treatment should I pursue?

I always have a white coating on my tongue. I'm 18 and healthy, but I'm curious about what it is. It doesn't scrape off. I also have unexplained gastrointestinal problems and have been diagnosed with Iva a year ago. I don't take any medications, only supplements like preworkout, protein, and creatine. I've been diagnosed with GAD but manage it through exercise and meditation. How long has this been a concern for you? It’s been a constantly coming and going for years and I have it very often. Are you currently using any medications? No, I don’t take any medication. Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know? No other than the mentioned issues.
