I think I have blood in my stool. I am a 43-year-old female with a history of c diff, h pylori, and a slipped TIF around my stomach. I have been experiencing stomach pain on the left side, bloating, gas, constipation/diarrhea, urinary symptoms, loss of appetite, and nausea, but no fever or vomiting. I have also been taking vitamins, prebiotic, iron, and fiber supplements, and have been on a lot of antibiotics for h pylori. What could be causing the blood in my stool and what tests should I consider?

I completed a course of antibiotics (Keflex) for a strep infection, but there is still redness and pus on my tonsils. Should I get retested for strep? Do I need a longer course of antibiotics? I started the antibiotics on September 1st and completed 10 days of treatment. The symptoms improved initially but have reappeared. The redness is slightly darker than the mouth tissue, with no pain or itchiness. I had strep earlier this summer and took amoxicillin. No fever, no neck lumps, and no difficulty swallowing.

I drank 3 and a half liters of water in under an hour and now I feel dizzy. How long have you had dizziness? Is this stable or getting worse? Do you have pain or numbness anywhere in your body? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for dizziness or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
