I think I have strep throat. I have a sore throat with white stuff in the back of my throat, body aches, a rash resembling hundreds of mosquito bites on both legs, and difficulty swallowing. I've had these symptoms for 2-3 days and was in contact with a roommate who was diagnosed with strep throat. I'm 24 years old, not on any medications, and have no allergies. How can I diagnose and treat this condition, and how long could I be contagious?

I have been experiencing upper-right abdominal pain for a few weeks that moves into my back shoulder area, along with painful gas and bloating, which are unusual for me. I have a gallstone found incidentally last year. Tonight, the abdominal pain is worse, and I have a positive Murphy's sign and diarrhea. Should I wait until my GP appointment on Monday or go to the ER this weekend?

Hello doctor, I have an upset stomach currently at the moment. And I’m having to go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day. It’s been going on for the last day and a half. Mild cramping too. I have been checking how my stool looks everytime. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and saw some parts of my stool being quite dark brown as compared to the other parts. That freaked me out. I went to the bathroom again within the next 5 hours and it was again fully normal colored. Was that darker stool just something I ate or is it something I need to get checked?

I have severe pain in my right upper back that worsens with movement, accompanied by pins and needles, numbness, and tingling across my whole back. I also have full-body fasciculations that have persisted for a week. I have tried various treatments like naproxen, tylenol, pain cream, ice, and heating pads with minimal relief. What could be causing this and what further steps should I take?
