I have been experiencing bug bites for 6 months. The bugs have wings and leave small black dots. I have bites from my head to my knees and they leave scars about half the size of a dime. What kind of bug is this and how can I get rid of it?

I recently lost my insurance and have been bleeding for 21 days due to endometriosis. I can't afford to go to the doctor right now. Is there a medication that can temporarily stop the bleeding until I can get insurance again and explore more permanent solutions?

I had an operation on my right index finger on Wednesday. Today I feel cold and shaky, my balance isn’t good, and I feel nauseous. I have been taking cephalexin 500mg. Could my symptoms be related to the medication? I have not used cephalexin or anything similar before. I have not seen a doctor about the nausea, as it only began this morning. My ears feel like they are blocked. Do I need to inform the doctor about any other medical history?

I've been experiencing weird attacks at night with overwhelming shaking, difficulty breathing, and feeling close to death. I also have kidney issues, burning on the left side, horrible hemorrhoids, chest pain, and sharp pains in my head. I have no insurance and no medication. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do about them?

I have had steadily growing lymph nodes in my neck over the past two years, accompanied by extreme fatigue, and pain. I have recently had a CT scan, which shows a 7mm node and a 9mm node. My primary care physician doesn't see an issue because 'they are not over a cm.' I am beyond frustrated and am thinking about going to a specialist myself and paying out of pocket. Any advice?
