I threw my back out 48 hours ago and have been unable to walk due to severe back spasms and unbearable pain. The pain has been excruciating, and my legs lock up if I try to move too much. I have taken ibuprofen, muscle relaxers, and oxycodone. I am wondering if trying to walk would worsen my condition.

I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis on October 20th after a chest x-ray. I've been using an albuterol inhaler and amoxicillin, then switched to Doxycycline and Prednisone. I'm still coughing and experiencing a rattle in my exhale, occasional vomiting, headaches, and lack of appetite. I'm also feeling weak and short of breath with activity. I have a history of breast cancer and a MURSA infection, and recently had a reverse shoulder replacement. Should I continue with my current treatment or seek further medical attention?
