I took 30mg of Temazepam on Saturday night, followed by two doses of 20mg each 6 hours apart. I still feel average and took another 20mg at 1pm on Sunday. I've been on 10-30mg of Valium for a year and Temazepam doesn't work as well. Will I be okay with the amount I've taken? Why isn't it working as well as Valium? Are there any other suggestions to make me feel better?
