For fungal infections of the scalp and recurring yeast infections, would fluconazole or griseofulvin be best? Is one more harmful than the other, and what would the dosage be for each one, how long would I have to take it, and what are the chances of the infection coming back after completing the medication?

I currently have a mild burning sensation on the pubic area. No redness, discharge, or any other symptom. I also had protected sex with an unknown partner. How long have you been dealing with the burning? Are you experiencing any other discomfort? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I have occasional stomach pains, almost like indigestion, and occasional blood in my stool. I've been in pain for the past week, no vomiting or nausea. I am 37 and male, experiencing minor constipation and hard stool, and believe the blood in my stool is from an anal fissure due to pain during bowel movements. I've also had occasional itching during bowel movements and have taken a Z-Pak for potential infection. Additionally, I woke up three nights this week with a strong pain in my upper stomach, like intense indigestion, and worry it's an ulcer or gastritis. I have been drinking more than usual, no more stress than usual, and no pain immediately after eating meals, but experienced heartburn after a couple sips of coffee.

I have had a daily headache on the left side of my head for 19 days, starting upon waking and sometimes with sharp pain at my left temple. There is tenderness at the base of my skull radiating generally. I take an ACE inhibitor and have no nausea. What could be causing this and what should I do?
