My mom, who is 96.5 years old and has always been in excellent health, is experiencing symptoms such as unsteady gait, tendency to lean backwards, occasional hand tremors, and difficulty moving her feet. She has been seen by two neurologists, with conflicting diagnoses. The first neurologist and her internist believe she does not have Parkinson's Disease, while the second neurologist diagnosed her with it and prescribed levodopa. My mom and I were dissatisfied with the second neurologist's brief consultation. Her symptoms are worsening, and she also has severe osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. What should we do next, and what medications or treatments might be appropriate for her condition?

I think I sprained my big toe. I'm a diabetic and take 2000 mg of metformin, 30 units of fast-acting insulin, and 50 units of slow-acting insulin daily. My blood pressure is good, I have high cholesterol (I take Lovenstatin), I'm allergic to wasps and bees, and I'm currently on Chantix and Zoloft. What should I do for my sprained toe?
