I took Temazepam at 10:15pm and woke up at 12:16 am, unable to get back to sleep. I missed my Valdoxan 25 mg at 9:00pm and my Citalopram tablet at 9:30 am yesterday morning. I have been using Temazepam with Valdoxan but recently reduced from two tablets to one, and started Citalopram 8 days ago. I saw a doctor at Surrey Hills Medical Centre who suggested stopping Valdoxan. I am taking these medications for insomnia and possibly anxiety. What can I do to improve my sleep?

How long have you had the conjunctivitis? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the conjunctivitis? Is there anything else in your medical history that the doctor should know?

I have had diarrhea for three days, which is yellow and watery. I have not used any medication and have not seen a doctor. I am 55 years old, male, and have had diarrhea four times since morning. My urine output is about the same, and there is no green vomiting or blood in the motion. I feel weak and a bit clammy, but no fever. I have a slight history of dizziness over the last three days. I may have consumed unwashed fruit and spinach, which could have caused this.

I've been experiencing a very short attention span and feeling down for weeks, unable to enjoy life. I'm trying to find a way to fix this or a medication to get me back on track. I'm not on any medications and noticed these changes at the beginning of 2020, which have been getting worse. I have some difficulty falling asleep on some nights but nothing too major. My mother has a history of psychological issues, but I don't have any other significant medical history.

I had a full knee replacement last June, but my knee flexion is only about 100 degrees, which I want to increase. I am concerned that the implant might be too large and wonder if this could impede knee movement. What can be done about this, and should I consider further surgery?
