I took the annual flu shot on Tuesday and did a testosterone test the day after, drawing blood from the same location. I was wondering if the vaccine could have impacted my testosterone levels, causing my reading to be low.

I've been experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness, a whooshing sound in my ear, headaches, and a sensation of a head rush when standing up. Could these symptoms be dangerous, such as a brain hemorrhage or stroke, and what steps should I take to manage them?

If 18 units per KG equals 1600, how many units per kg is 1000? Also, my lung X-ray showed new asymmetric opacities in the right upper lobe and a normal D-dimer four days ago. Is this likely pulmonary embolism, and if not, what could it be? Additionally, if I have been put on a heparin drip, does that manage the risk of pulmonary embolism?

I am experiencing chest pains that started in August. I've had multiple EKG's and chest X-rays, with the last one in November, which indicated acid reflux and costochondritis. I'm on Zoloft for anxiety and have been told I have health anxiety. The pain is constant, achy, sometimes burning or stabbing, and is worse towards the end of long workdays spent sitting at a computer. It is located in the middle of my chest, breasts, and upper back. Heat helps alleviate the pain, and it doesn't change with movement or affect my sleep. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do about it?
