I use Limbitrol in combination with Ambien to sleep after experiencing a neurotoxic reaction to antibiotics. I can't sleep without both drugs, and Limbitrol helps me stay asleep despite high-frequency sleep interruptions. Recently, there was a shortage of Limbitrol, causing severe sleep deprivation. I live in a rural area, making it difficult to obtain the drug. A pharmacist suggested Triazolam as an alternative. Currently, I take 1.5 Ambien 15mg and 2 Limbitrol 10/25 tablets along with melatonin. Is Triazolam a viable alternative given the difficulty in acquiring Limbitrol, and what would be the equivalent dose?

I have experienced an esophageal burn from ingesting hot tea mixture 3 weeks ago. I have been very careful with liquids and soft foods, but still feel a lump in my throat. Could it take one month or more to heal an esophageal thermal injury, and is it best to stay on a soft diet?

How can I diagnose that I have scabies? Can I get rid of them without the oral capsule? What if I use both the capsule and cream but it does not go away?

I have atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response (afib with rvr) and have had multiple incidents since October 1915. I am currently on Sotolol 80mg in the morning and 40mg in the evening, Diltiazem ER 180mg in the morning, and Tranxene 3.75mg in the morning and evening. I don't see my cardiologist until February 3rd. Should I be concerned about my current symptoms and medications, and is it safe to take Chlorazepate with Diltiazem and Sotolol?

I had a colonoscopy 2 years ago where 2 polyps were removed. Recently, I noticed fresh blood in my stools. Should I be concerned, and do I need another colonoscopy?

I have been experiencing left chest pain for a week, which sometimes feels like pressure and sometimes pain. My hand is heavy and painful, and the chest pain is random, mostly around the sides of the sternum. I also feel heaviness in my middle upper abdomen, causing pressure in the sternum. Additionally, I have intense pain in the left below armpit and back side, and my heart pounds fast with palpitations. My blood pressure was 130/80, and I had an ECG which was clear. What could be causing these symptoms, and is there anything I should worry about?
