I am on disability and was in a car accident that has left me in severe pain, making it difficult to move around. I was referred to an orthopedics doctor who did a full-body MRI but felt he couldn't help me. I was seeing another doctor, Dr. Leisy, for other issues and was prescribed Lortab 10s for hip and leg pain and Colnazepam for panic attacks. These medications have side effects like urinary incontinence. Dr. Leisy referred me to a pain management doctor, but no one seems able to help. I've been out of medication for about three days now. Can you help me find a pain management doctor?

I have skin irritation on my penis. When it is flaccid, the head remains inside a covering of skin. That skin 'edge' rests at the end of the non-erect penis with a rolling in effect. When erect, that same skin edge location is now behind the tip of my penis about 1 inch. There is breaking of the skin in many places. It is very painful to pull this skin back. I am circumcised. Also, when the skin is pulled back, there is now a circular indentation all the way around the penis with some swelling of the skin just past the breaking. What is this and what do you recommend?

I have sharp pain in the tips (soft underside) of my toes when walking, causing me to limp. The pain is relieved by walking barefoot or in flip-flop type padded shoes. The affected toes are the left middle toes and right middle (two) toes. There is no swelling or pain when squeezed. What could be causing this pain and what can I do about it?

I have been taking Premarin 0.625 mg since my hysterectomy in my early 30's. I am now 70 years old and have tried to stop taking it but the hot flashes and insomnia become unbearable. Now that I am on Medicare, the cost is more than I can afford. Is there an alternative?
