I had a lumbar fusion with bone graft two years ago. Now, I'm experiencing severe lower back pain, saddle numbness, unintentional urination, and severe pain in my center-back L/heel. Walking and sitting for long periods worsen my pain. The lumbar fusion included laminectomy, foraminectomy, and facectomy, but the disk broad bulge at L4 & L5 was not fixed. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, cardiomyopathy, and fibromyalgia. Recently, I was treated for a chest infection and cystitis with antibiotics. Now, I have a severe sore throat, swollen tongue, swollen glands, and earache in my left ear. I am having to take painkillers every 3 to 4 hours, which hardly ease the pain. What could this be?
