I've been experiencing chest sensations, heartburn, and a weird feeling on the left side of my chest next to my armpit for two days. Additionally, I feel a tight or strained sensation in the left side of my neck when I open my mouth wide, move my jaw, or turn my head. I'm worried about potential issues with my arteries or heart. What could be causing these symptoms?

I took my birth control pill as usual, but threw up one night and took another pill to stay on track, resulting in being a day ahead for the rest of the month. To get back on track, I skipped a placebo pill. I also started a new pack without waiting for my period and had unprotected intercourse where my partner may have ejaculated inside me. Am I still protected against pregnancy, and should I consider taking Plan B?
