I've been experiencing concerning symptoms since mid-July, including dizziness, nausea, and intermittent headaches. I've consulted with physicians and a neurologist, and I'm scheduled for an MRI/MRA in November, but I'm worried that might be too long to wait for answers. I've had two major concussions (one about 8 years ago, and another just last year September), and I've had migraines when I was younger, but these are not migraine headaches. Should I go to an emergency department, and what medication should I consider for relief?

My sister woke up with a swollen lip, experienced bad heartburn, and then developed hives around her waist. The swollen lip has since gone away. Should she be seen by a doctor tonight or just take Benadryl?

Should I be concerned about a distended left jugular vein after a workout? I’ve never noticed this before. It was very prominent even upright for about 10 minutes. Now, it’s gone while upright but when I lower my head below my heart (like bending over) it pops back up.

I have delayed ejaculation or no ejaculation at all. I use glucophage and daonil to manage diabetes. What other medications am I taking, and how long has this problem been going for? How do I control it, and will the ejaculation be restored when diabetes is controlled? What is the range for HgbA1c, and what does it mean? Can I ask the doctor about it, and is it disclosed to patients? Is the glucophage and Daonil able to control it, and what is the daily dose of glyperride?
