I've been experiencing constant, achey pain at the sternum (middle of the chest) for a few weeks. The pain can increase with certain movements and positions, and I have a history of Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVC), am a smoker, and take omeprazole for stomach burning. Additionally, I've noticed a red, itchy patch on the skin above the sternum. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

I am experiencing more frequent back pains, particularly lower back pains that started recently and are severe enough to limit my movement. I suspect it might be due to my job as a chef, which involves a lot of cutting and chopping, or my uncomfortable bed. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?

I had an alar base graft 2 weeks ago and am unsure if it's healing properly. The graft is quite protruded and almost blocking my nostril. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

I recently had abnormal test results, including an RDW of 44.1, and have been experiencing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue, hair loss, and constant bloating. My doctor did not offer any diagnosis or treatment. Should I go to the ER or wait until tomorrow to see a different general practitioner?

I have several health issues including sore, tender breasts, extreme fatigue, increased appetite, irregular periods with spotting, cramps, headaches, and mood swings. I was diagnosed with a cyst on my left ovary last year, which has since resolved. My last pap test was normal, and I am not using any contraceptives. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to alleviate them until I can see my primary care physician?
