I am a 66-year-old woman with a lump in my labia majora that is sore when touched, feels like a soft mushy lump, and appears swollen on one side. I had a normal pap test in October 2020 and have no other medical issues. I am concerned about vulvar cancer. What should I do?

I have been experiencing urethral pain, urgency, difficulty initiating stream, and a very weak stream for four days. I was initially diagnosed with a UTI and given Cipro, which didn't help. I then had a CT scan that showed mild prostatomegaly, a 6 mm calcification in the midline prostate gland, and ill-defined stranding surrounding the seminal vesicle glands. I was put on a different antibiotic, sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim, but there has been no improvement. What could be causing these symptoms and how long should I expect them to continue before I should be really worried?

My legs feel tired when walking, and I get tired fairly quickly after walking about one block. I have had normal full blood work, a normal heart ECG last year, a normal brain MRI two years ago, a normal neck MRI, and a normal abdominal CT scan six months ago. I take no medication, have no bowel or back problems, and my balance is good with no falls. What could be causing this tiredness in my legs?

Recently diagnosed with stage 3 liver fibrosis. Is there a treatment for that? I've read that it's possibly reversible with Hep C shots and anti-inflammatories. Any truth to that?
