I had an allergic reaction to eating shrimps three and a half hours ago. My torso is hot, itchy, and covered in bumps. I'm not on any medication and I'm 73 years old. I had a similar reaction to prawns several years ago where my throat tightened, but it hasn't this time. What should I do?

I have been experiencing inflammation in both ears, which has been decreasing over time. I also noticed a slight hearing loss. The affected area seems to be the whole middle ear, and I feel pressure, but it's not painful anymore. I'm not currently taking any medications, and my doctor thinks it might be due to ear wax buildup. I'm 33 years old and male. What could be causing this issue, and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I have lower back pain and want to know if my flat feet and large breasts are contributing to the problem. My shoulders also hurt sometimes, and I have difficulty finding wide straps on bras. My feet have no arch and I constantly fidget if I stand too long. I have custom insoles for my shoes and am trying to lose weight, but my hips, chest, and feet cannot change. My bowel movements are irregular, but a recent colonoscopy was good. The pain is sometimes sharp on the side and dull in the lower back, especially when standing. I can take 2 800mg Motrin, but it doesn't relieve the pain. Is there any relationship between my flat feet, large breasts, and backache?

I am a 27-year-old male with a history of mild gastritis, IBS-C, and anxiety. I've been experiencing chest pain for almost a week, which worsened after starting Lexapro 10mg for anxiety. Can Lexapro cause severe GI bleeding, and could it be causing my gastritis to act up? Additionally, I've had palpitations, frequent heart skips, constipation, bloating, and gnawing stomach pains. Should I stop taking Lexapro, and are there other anxiety medications that are easier on the stomach?
