I've been experiencing pain in my tailbone, which subsided but resurfaced after having sex. I took a painkiller (Panadol) once, but haven't seen a doctor yet. What could be causing this pain, and what should I avoid or do to alleviate it?

If my WBC/Absolute Neutrophils have been elevated consistently for over a year (10+ blood tests), should I be concerned? I have various symptoms including nasal congestion, frequent headaches, dark vision spots, recurring mouth/tongue ulcers, extreme neck/shoulder/jaw pain, joint pain, back pain, extreme fatigue, dry lips/mouth, itchy skin, irregular menses, and mild tremors. I am currently on medications like Trintellix, Rexulti, Priolosec, Sumatriptan (PRN), and OTC pain meds.
