I've been experiencing upper left abdominal pain for two months, diagnosed with chronic gastritis. The pain seems to worsen with fatty foods or exercise. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to alleviate the pain?

I have been experiencing ongoing and worsening nausea, inability to eat, and intermittent reflux since Friday. I am 74 years old and have been using medications like Mobic, Betahistine, Moduretic (which I have stopped), and Nexium. I have no bloating, diarrhea, or abdominal pain. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been drinking heavily for the past two years and now experience constant liver pain, which is mostly achy but occasionally stabbing. My blood work showed high cholesterol, but no ultrasound or CT scan has been done. What could be causing the pain, and what steps can I take to address it?

I have been dealing with a parasite infestation for over four years, and despite consulting multiple doctors, including infectious disease specialists, I haven't found a definitive diagnosis or effective treatment. The infestation is widespread, affecting my skin and possibly other parts of my body. The parasites manifest as black fibers, red dots, or blackheads, and they cause itching, swelling, and the release of a clear sticky liquid. I've tried medications like cyflocine and ivermectin, but they haven't resolved the issue. What could these parasites be, and what further steps can I take for diagnosis and treatment?

I haven't had a period in a month and I'm concerned. I spotted but it was one time on 2 separate days. I don't know what's going on. My periods are usually pretty normal. My last period was around February 25th. I took a test then and it was negative. I haven't had sex since my last period. Also, I have an off and on discharge. It was treated as BV but the antibiotics didn't work for it and I was cleared of any STIs. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had a calcium scan on Thursday, but the technician said they couldn't get clear images because my heart rate was too high. Would the presence of calcium still show up regardless of my heart rate?
