I've been on phenobarbital 75 mg for 5 years using it in my medi port IV PUSH every 12 hours. The pharmacy can't provide it in that form anymore, so my doctor ordered the oral version for 97.2 mg. I'm confused about the difference in milligrams. Can you help me understand?

I have had mild burning in the stomach for about 5 days, coming and going. Bowel movements and appetite are normal. The pharmacist has given me reflux treatment, but it's not helping and seems to be worse a few hours after eating. I take Seretide Accuhaler daily and have recently taken minor amounts of Voltaren for an inflamed shoulder, but not for the past 5-6 days. What could be causing this and what should I do?
