I've had severe explosive diarrhea and abdominal/lower back pain for 7 days now. I've also found fat globules in my stool. I'm experiencing severe yellow explosive diarrhea, trapped wind, flatulence, lower back and upper abdominal pain/cramps, reduced appetite, hot flashes if I eat, and sweating episodes. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, hypertension, and was taking Orlistat until a few weeks ago. No recent injuries, but pain is constant but reduced with Buscopan. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Good morning, I am experiencing a severe sore throat for the last 4 days, with a little fever yesterday, pain in my neck and jaw areas starting yesterday, and frequent coughing. I also have high cholesterol and am on Alendronate Sodium Tablets 70 mg once a week. What could be causing my symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

Additionally, what are the risks associated with a slightly enlarged aorta at the sinus level, and should I modify my exercise routine, which includes heavy weight lifting and aerobic exercise, due to these findings?

I have a platelet count of 61 (thrombocytopenia) and mild liver issues including small lesions from a CAT scan 2.5 years ago. I'm experiencing loss of appetite, easy bruising, difficulty with clotting, and elevated AST levels. How much trouble am I in, is thrombocytopenia reversible, and are there medications for it? I'm already modifying my diet and reducing alcohol intake.

My sister has stage 4 urothelial cancer, subsequent cystectomy, bowel obstruction, and laparotomy showing no possible intervention. She was sent home on Hospice with an N/G tube for suction and expected sepsis. After 13 days, her incision dehisced, and there is visible viscera with fecal drainage. Despite this, she has no fever, with temperatures between 95-97°F, and normal blood pressure and pulse. Why is this happening?

I started feeling flu-like symptoms on August 27th, which worsened with fatigue and fever by the 28th. After flying from Japan and visiting the emergency room twice, I was diagnosed with a viral infection and prescribed antibiotics. I later saw an ENT specialist who diagnosed me with acute serous otitis media and prescribed additional medications, some of which I had to discontinue due to side effects. I finished my antibiotic course two days ago, but my ears, especially my right ear, remain blocked. I've tried various methods to clear them, but nothing works. What should I do next, and will I need more antibiotics?
