I've pulled a muscle in my groin and it is very painful. I can't move it or put it in any position where the pain will ease. I've had the pain for about 12 hours and haven't used any medication. I haven't seen a doctor about the pain, and there's nothing else in my medical history that the doctor should know.

I have had intermittent diarrhea and regular stools for the past week, accompanied by watery diarrhea, general tiredness, tingling in my left hand, muscle twitching in both legs, nausea after eating, lightheadedness, confusion, loss of balance, headache, pressure in the head and face, dark urine, and dry lips. I am concerned about severe dehydration leading to organ failure during the night. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

Hi, our son is 6 months old. These days it can get pretty hot inside since we don't have an air conditioner. So far the hottest was 29 degrees celsius. Would this cause any problems with oxygen levels or overheating or anything else? His room is about 3x3.5m, one adult sleeps in there too and we leave the door open at night. Thanks

I have had HSV-2 for around 2 years now and using daily antivirals for treatment though my outbreak never fully goes away. Are there other ways of treatment or can you increase dosages?
