I've tested positive for COVID-19 and am experiencing mild symptoms including congestion, body aches, chills, and a slight fever. I'm 24 years old, not vaccinated, have asthma but rarely use an inhaler, and have a history of breathing issues due to acid reflux. I'm concerned about the progression of my symptoms and potential complications like ARDS. How should I interpret my symptoms, and what steps should I take to manage my condition?

I had a pelvic MRI done for sacral and coccyx pain. The original report said the MRI was unremarkable, but a second opinion noted subarticular diffuse low bone marrow signal at the sacroiliac joints, consistent with sclerotic changes and sacroiliitis condensans. I was wondering what the white spots highlighted in the MRI are.

I have a high heart rate above 100, and it never goes lower than 90. I sometimes feel numbness from my bot***** *****p down to my jaw and throat, lightheadedness, and have lost my appetite. I've been to the hospital twice, and both times blood tests and ECG came back clear. My legs feel weak, and I'm tired a lot. My doctor thinks it's anxiety, but I don't believe it. Could it be a viral infection or something blood tests can't pick up? I've increased my intake of Kale through health boost drinks, but I haven't touched them in a week and have been dealing with this since 31st October. I'm also on the combined pill.

I have COVID-19 and my period, which usually lasts 5 to 6 days, has been extended to 10 days with spotting. Is this related to COVID-19?

My mum has had COVID and recovered about 9 weeks ago. She still gets tired, and she is 72. Is this a normal side effect?
