I wake up with upper spine pain, chest discomfort, and excessive foamy saliva, and I have been diagnosed with Pylori Helicobacter and am taking antibiotics. I also have a mole on my face that I am getting checked and have noticed a pea-sized lymph node in my neck. Could these symptoms be related to acid reflux or anxiety, and should I be concerned about the lymph node and mole?

Over the past three weeks, I have experienced a different feeling in my throat, with redness and bumps at the back, slight soreness, a slight headache, tingling ears, white lines inside my cheeks, and a huge lump at the back of my throat that is growing. I have lost 5kg in one month, feel tired, and have a white coating inside my cheeks and gums. What could this be, and what treatment should I seek?

I have been experiencing bloating, dry throat, nausea, and a pressure-like sensation in my throat, especially after consuming coffee or when my stomach is empty. These symptoms have been occurring on and off for 10 years. I have had normal upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and recent blood tests. I am a 38-year-old male with no weight loss, normal stool color, and a non-tender stomach. My doctor diagnosed me with GERD, gastritis, or IBS. Should I be concerned about cancer, or is this likely just GERD and IBS?

I have a gastro question. I haven't seen a doctor yet. I'm taking prescription pills for sleep and mood regulation - Resperdal and Seroquel. I am allergic to SedaFed. I've always had a healthy stomach but now my stomach feels like it's on acid all the time. Last week, I took a large amount of regular vitamin pills such as calcium, regular men's multi, and about 5 others at night before going to bed, which I believe caused some damage. My stomach now feels hurt. I'm also experiencing symptoms that seem more like GERD, as my burps are normal and non-acidic. Should I stop taking Resperdal and Seroquel, as they seem to be causing major acid in my stomach, making it difficult to sleep?

I am concerned about a pathology report that mentions 'Spindle cell lesion' and 'refer to permanent.' What do these terms mean, and should I request additional reports or second opinions? Additionally, what does 'atrophic skeletal muscle' refer to, and could it be related to inactivity or a disease process?

I took 10 ml of Ambien last night at 4:30 to get to sleep. I have a company party at 4:00 today. Is it okay to drink alcohol 12 hours after taking just 10 ml of Ambien? Also, after having 3 glasses of wine at dinner, how long should I wait to take 10 ml of Ambien safely?
