I have been experiencing 24/7 bilateral calf and foot twitching for 10 months, along with a feeling of weakness in my ankle for the past 3 weeks. I am 22 years old, have gained about 30 pounds in the last 4-5 months, and have had a clean EMG and NCS test 6 months ago. I am worried that this might be ALS. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned about ALS?

I got the Pfizer COVID-19 shot two days ago, but now the injection site is very swollen, red, and hot to the touch. The swelling is about two inches in circumference and is sore. I'm 27 years old and have taken acetaminophen. The swelling has progressively gotten worse since the shot. Is this a normal reaction, and what should I do about it?

My son is 14 years old and woke up with tiny bumps all over his body. The bumps are itchy, some are large, some are small, a few are skin-colored, and most are red. He is currently using Benadryl. He also mentioned his lungs feel a little tight but he feels better than yesterday. Should I take him to the emergency room?
