My penis is too sensitive, causing premature ejaculation. It has been over a year since this started, just after a lower back injury. I haven't used any medication or seen a doctor for this issue. My blood pressure was high the last time I checked. What can be done to help with this sensitivity and premature ejaculation?

I believe I have a concussion. I haven't talked to anyone about it, but I have a constant headache, trouble finding words, ringing in my ears, and I just don't feel like myself. I've taken Tylenol for it. I am 17 years old and had a concussion last Thursday, January 9th, when my friend accidentally head-butted me with the back of their head into my forehead. What should I do, and how should I manage my symptoms, especially with school work that requires reading and writing, which hurts my head?
