I have congestion and a sore throat. I am 56 years old and have been sick for 3 weeks. My allergist thinks it's allergies. I had mono in my 20s and took a throat swab which initially came back positive but later negative. I also took a Covid test which came back negative. What do you think is causing my symptoms?

I have a history of a Thyroidectomy, Hysterectomy, and Gallbladder removal. I am 59 years old and have COPD, shortness of breath, and severe anxiety that prevents me from going to a doctor due to mask requirements. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am having stomach cramps on and off today. I haven’t eaten anything bad, but I did start taking ferrous sulfate 325mg daily for anemia. Could the iron be causing the stomach upset?
