I was diagnosed with a UTI and prescribed fluconazole 150mg and Cephalexin 500mg twice daily. I think I could have a septic UTI due to my elevated heart rate and other symptoms like feeling feverish, shaking, nauseous, and having shortness of breath. I also have anxiety and low vitamin D. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a large bruise suddenly appearing at the bottom of my leg. I just noticed it a few minutes ago. I am 37 years old, morbidly obese, and had bariatric surgery last year. I have had skin discoloration in that leg for a couple of years, but this part is new and very dark. I am on blood pressure medication but not actual blood thinners. I have an appointment with my primary doctor on Tuesday. What could this bruise be, and should I go to the emergency room?

I am a 30-year-old healthy male with elevated ferritin levels at 728 ng/ml, but normal iron and transferrin levels. I have inflammatory skin conditions (acne, eczema) and some shoulder issues from weight lifting. Should I be worried about my elevated ferritin levels, and what further steps should I consider?

I've had consistent cramp feelings right below my ribs on the right side for a couple of months, which sometimes extend to my chest. I'm a 31-year-old male, not overweight, drink alcohol, and enjoy spicy food. I haven't been exercising much and haven't always eaten healthily. What could be causing this cramping and who should I see for a proper diagnosis?

I take 75mg of Effexor ER and have a constant, wet cough with some tightness and wheezing in my chest for about a week. I am 24 years old and have been on Effexor for a year. What can I take for my cough that will not interact too much with my Effexor?

One month ago, small red rashes appeared on my hand, spreading to my entire body within three days. Some of them swell and turn yellow. The ones on my back become painful when it's warm. Can you describe the texture and appearance of the rashes in more detail? Are they flat or raised? Do they have any specific pattern or shape? Have you recently come into contact with any new substances, such as chemicals, medications, or plants, that could have triggered this reaction? Have you experienced any other symptoms, such as itching, pain, fever, or fatigue, along with the appearance of these rashes?
