I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 18 years ago and recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's based on my lab results. My TSH levels have been fluctuating between hypo and hyper states after surgeries. My TSH is now normal, and TPO antibodies are within normal limits. However, I read that having antibodies despite normal TSH levels indicates Hashimoto's, not hypothyroidism. Is this true, and how should this be interpreted? Also, how does this affect treatment compared to hypothyroidism?

I am a 42-year-old busy mom with three kids, experiencing word-mixing and memory issues for years, which have worsened with stress. I have seen two doctors who did not find it necessary for further testing. I am concerned about these symptoms and would like to know if neurological problems could be a concern and what steps I should take next.

I am 21 years old and have deep wrinkles and lines on the head of my penis, both when flaccid and erect, due to repeated friction and unlubricated rough masturbation during puberty. Is there anything I can do to return my glans to a smooth appearance? This issue causes me significant depression.

I am experiencing multiple symptoms including difficulty losing weight, constant shortness of breath, severe heartburn, body aches, swollen eyes, upper stomach pain, spasms, and a feeling of phlegm in my throat. I am scared and unsure if these symptoms are serious or life-threatening. What should I do to alleviate these symptoms and determine if they are serious?

I have been experiencing sudden bowel movements with little warning, which seems to be worsening, especially after eating or when walking my dog. This issue has been ongoing for several years but is now almost life-altering. I am 49 years old, take quetiapine and venlafaxine, and have a history of drug addiction and alcoholism, though I've been clean and sober for five years. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
