I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 5 years ago and have been in remission for 2 weeks. My current treatment cycle includes Kyprolis, Dexemethezone, Lanelidimide, and valcyclevir, administered 2 days a week for 3 weeks, followed by 1 week off. Should I continue with these treatments, and can I request a break from treatment?

I have had a daily headache starting at the nape area and spreading to my face, which has been constant for the last 7 days. I wake up and go to sleep with the headache, and I've felt nauseous but haven't vomited. I take birth control (avian) and have an allergy to penicillin. What could be causing this headache and what should I do?

I have been experiencing frequent bowel movements, especially in the morning, for several years. I have tried eliminating various food groups, including lactose, artificial sweeteners, gluten, and dairy, but the problem persists. I have also noticed certain foods exacerbate the symptoms. I have had colonoscopies in 2011 and 2016, which revealed only benign polyps. My specific questions are: 1) Could I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? 2) If not, what are the other possibilities? 3) Can IBS or any of these other possibilities be treated? 4) If so, how?

I have help from my union, but tomorrow they want me to go see my doctor with my concerns about gradual symptoms (willing to try treatment) without having my MRI or EEG completed. How should I professionally phrase this to my doctor?

My daughter is 17 years old and has a hair wrapped around her labia minora. She was able to cut some off, but now it's so swollen she cannot see where the hair is. She took a bath which temporarily reduced the swelling and pain, but it returned when she tried to locate the hair again. What can we do at home to help, and at what point should she seek medical attention?
