I took antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis over a month ago and still have an odor and off-colored discharge. Could I use another dose of the antibiotics, and what other measures can I take to address this issue?

I keep passing out in the middle of the night. The episodes involve whole body tingling, feeling like the body is on fire, and blacking out. This has happened three times in my life, with the last one occurring two hours ago. I am 22 years old, not on any medications, and have no known chronic health conditions. I do experience stress daily and have a history of shortness of breath, especially during exertion. My grandfather had a heart attack, but no other family members have had heart or neurological diseases. I vape, weigh 183 lbs, and am 5’11”. After recovering from these episodes, I feel anxious, shaky, confused, and it takes a long time to feel better. There are no headaches, loss of bowel control, or jerky body movements during or after the episodes.

I had an endoscopy on Wednesday for gastritis. I still feel bloated at times with stomach pain that comes and goes. The pain is achy, rumbling, and gasey at times. I haven't taken any medications. The doctor mentioned everything looked fine during the endoscopy, and a sample tissue for H. pylori came back negative. What could be causing my symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?
