My son took a new medication and may be having a reaction. He is experiencing hallucinations, seeing and feeling things that aren't there, and having moments of panic. I have been prescribed Montelukast Sodium for allergic rhinitis. I would like to know if it will cause drowsiness, if there are any foods to avoid while taking it, what exactly it is supposed to do, and what type of medication it is (e.g., steroid, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory).

I've missed multiple days of my antidepressants and feel very depressed. Should I take two doses to catch up? Also, I'm concerned that my current antidepressant (Trintellix 20 mg) isn't working effectively, and I'm considering switching to a different medication. What are your recommendations?
