I was having chest pressure with shooting electrical pulses down both arms. I went to the ER on 8/5 and had an x-ray, CT with contrast, EKG, blood workup (enzymes), and a chemical stress test with contrast, all of which came back 'good'. However, my blood pressure has been fluctuating since coming home. It has ranged from 104/69 to 150/98, with several readings in between. Seven years ago, I tried six different BP medications, and each one caused my BP to drop to around 60/40. The doctor gave me Lopressor in the hospital, which also caused my BP to drop to 70/40. What is going on?

I often feel nauseous and uncomfortable after my first meal of the day, which can last for several hours. This happens regardless of what I eat, from simple veggie juice to eggs and bacon. Burping often helps alleviate the discomfort, but I sometimes feel like I might vomit if I don't have something to sip on. I also occasionally experience a sensation of acid coming up when I burp. I've tried various over-the-counter medications for stomach acid, but they haven't provided relief. What could be causing this issue, and what further steps should I take for diagnosis and treatment?

I've been feeling anxiety, numbness in my hands and legs, a fast heartbeat, and a sense of fear for about 3 weeks. I've had a blood test that showed everything was normal except for slightly low calcium and slightly high iron. What could be causing these symptoms?

I switched birth control pills in August and started using marijuana, which messed up my cycles until December. I had unprotected sex throughout my period in December and afterwards. My current birth control packet has a whole inactive week, unlike my previous Yaz pill. Should I be worried about being pregnant, and why are my cycles so irregular?

My daughter has constriction of her trachea and esophagus, an aberrant right subclavian artery, frequent respiratory infections, stridor, and worsening acid reflux. She was born full term with a gene deletion, seizure disorder, and developmental delay. Different doctors suggest different diagnoses: vascular ring, bronchial malacia, or aspiration. Which doctor should I listen to, and should I push for a more recent CAT scan or MRI? My daughter is getting worse.
