I was in a car crash and had an MRI done six months later that showed some disc bulges, and another MRI done a year after the first showed a herniated disc instead of bulging. Is this related to the car crash, and how long can changes like this show up from the crash?

I have been experiencing ongoing light-headedness and off-balance feelings since last Spring, which began after riding a Gravitron ride at a fair. I also feel woozy after using high-speed elevators daily at my job. I know anxiety is a factor, but I'm concerned about the physical causes. Can these activities affect my balance, and should I be concerned about inner ear issues?
